I am Sheyla Zayas, the founder of Mindful Vibes and a holistic coach and energy healer. My days are spent working with people who are carrying a lot — careers, families, responsibilities, expectations, and often a quiet but persistent feeling that there is a version of themselves they have not fully stepped into yet.
The people I work with are self-aware, deeply committed to growing, and capable of extraordinary things. Watching someone begin to live with intention, to actually inhabit the life they have been building toward, is the work that matters most to me. It is why I do what I do.
Over time I began noticing something that happens to nearly everyone, including the most intentional people I know. We set a clear vision for who we want to be and how we want to show up. We mean it. And then the day begins. Emails, deadlines, conversations, responsibilities. Before long we are moving from one thing to the next while the intention we set quietly drifts into the background. The vision does not disappear. It just stops being lived.
Mindful Vibes grew from that observation. Not as a solution to a problem, but as a response to a need I saw in myself and in the people I work with every day. The need for something tangible. Something that keeps your body and your intention connected throughout the day, not just in the moments when you remember to try.
These products are energetic tools for daily intention work. They are not reminders or cues. They are active instruments for re-tuning your entire being to the quality you are consciously cultivating. Confidence. Abundance. Presence. Love. Grace. The qualities that are grown through practice, through the body, through the daily decision to show up as the person you are becoming.
Every product is made by hand, by me, in small batches. How they are created is the reason they work the way they do.
Before I begin, I become fully grounded. I cleanse my own energy, create a sacred space, and enter the process in complete stillness and silence. I put on solfeggio frequencies. Every movement, every pour, every placement is done with deliberate presence and deep respect for what I am creating and for the person who will receive it.
Each batch is placed in a crystal grid of stones aligned to that product's intention, powered by clear quartz. I speak affirmations aloud over every bottle and every tube. I call in the highest intention. For the sprays, they sit directly on the earth, taking in the energy of the sun, the soil, and the sky for a minimum of three hours. For the balms, they rest in the grid indoors for a minimum of 24 hours.
This work is rooted in my ancestral lineage. I was raised with the understanding that the ordinary and the sacred are not separate, that spiritual practice lives in the everyday. These products are an expression of that belief and a continuation of a tradition passed through my bloodline long before I ever put it in a bottle.
The integrity of how something is made is its life force. I take that seriously every single time.
